Peter had seen the industry from both sides—from the boardroom to the boiler room—and understood a fundamental truth: clients don’t just want contractors who can “do the job.” They want trusted partners who anticipate the headaches before they happen, communicate with clarity, and solve problems like it’s their own name on the building.
That insight turned a single mold remediation job into a lifelong client relationship and launched FERRO’s transformation into one of Canada’s most trusted environmental service companies.
