James White, Senior Project Manager
Bringing with him over 10 years experience in the abatement, remediation and insurance restoration industry; James’ in-depth knowledge of environmental as well as insurance restoration project management and industry protocols provides FERRO with a rare combination of hands on expertise and tech savvy to navigate many of the most common and specialty challenges in the industry today.
Combined with his outstanding customer service ability, James is poised to provide FERRO clients with a rarely found level of satisfaction and peace of mind.
Courtney Ingram, Project Manager
Promoted to the position of Project Manager in June 2019, Courtney joined FERRO in 2012 as a Project Coordinator. Having been in the abatement industry for over 9 years as a field technician, lead hand, foreman and eventually project coordinator she has a grasp of industry protocols, estimating and health and safety regulations second to none.
Courtney’s natural charm and client first attitude have made her a team favourite with clients.
Mike Ferrante, Project Coordinator
Mike joins us as a multi-talented field project coordinator.
Having experience as a foreman and heavy equipment operator he brings over 20 years experience in the contracting industry.
Mike’s infectious smile and genuine care for each and every client comes through in his enthusiasm to make sure his projects run smooth and FERRO clients happy.
